Finally I can eat oats again! I couldn’t eat oats for years because of cross contamination. Now I have found GF Harvest and they really are gluten free-tried and true. Good quality too.

Love the oat flour! Is fresh, not packed down (fluffy), works well in recipes.

Such a versatile and helpful flour! It is the most like wheat that I've found so far. We manage many food allergies, Celiac and EoE over here. I cannot buy bread at a store & my attempts at making homemade bread were complete failures. Not being able to use glutinous flours or eggs makes for quite the challenge. Recently, I found a new recipe that called for oat flour, but couldn't find an out flour without cross contamination warnings for our allergens until I found Gluten Free Harvest. With their oat flour and my the new recipe I was able to make a lovely and delicious loaf of sandwich bread. My son had bread for the first time at age 5!! Thank you GF Harvest! My kids love it and I feel victorious!

What a relief to find oat flour that's both gluten-free and organic --- and at a good price, too!

There was an error with shipping, and I learned that customer service here is excellent and responsive. I'm very excited to find both gluten-free and glyphosate-free oat products, which are fresh and delicious. Thanks so much.

I use this to make instant oatmeal. Just put some in a bowl and add gradually mix in the hot water. Sometimes I eat it with maple syrup, cinnamon and walnuts. It's also good savory, with pesto and veggies. It is an essential in my pantry.

At first I thought the grind was too course, and I wasn't sure how it would work. But I used it in my pancakes yesterday and they turned out delicious! Plus it is organic!

I too have been unable to find organic, GF oat flour locally, so I'm glad to have found it here! The shipping was quick and the flour is lovely to bake with. I'm currently writing and photographing a gluten-free baking cookbook, and am very happy to be able to use this flour. Thank you!

I trade in Orgainc GF oat flour for all my baking needs. I love the taste it gives to banana bread and oatmeal cookies!!
I just started using it to make pizza dough, and WOW, what a crust.
Thanks GF for all you do

I'm really happy with the product. It's better than the non-organic gluten free oat flour we used before this. It's really good to be able organic oat flour. I don't want any pesticide in my body. God bless your company.

Your organic oats flour is just great for science projects. We make conductive play dough using organic oats flour as some of my students suffer from celiac disease and cannot even touch wheat flour without getting ill.

I love your organic oats I eat them with my daughter every single morning. We also use your gluten free organic flour as a porridge.

This GF oat flour adds a tasty whole-grain flavor that I've missed to baked goods. I've used it in granola, snack bars, brownies*, pie crust* and biscuits**.
*My recipe/technique needs some work on texture - not the flour's fault.
The service is outstanding also.

I'm dealing with multiple allergies/intollerances. I've tried using the oat flour as a thickening agent in cooking. It works very well. Thank you.
