Gluten Free Flour

Gluten Free Flour.   Our coarse ground flour is used for many recipes that call for gluten free substitutes to wheat flour.  Please note if you are looking for a fine grind, you will need to run this through a food processor first.    

All gluten free oat flour requires small amounts of additives, such as xanthan gum, to replace the binders lost where gluten is absent.  Contact our customer service folks for recipes and tasty cooking ideas.
