Organic oat groats
Great product! They are the best tasting oat product around and the healthiest because they are the least processed. I’d been eating rolled and steel cut oats for 70 years. Never knew about groats until I found out a few years ago that I have Celiac Disease. My dietician recommended GF Harvest. The only downside is the long cooking time so I make 1 1/2 cups at a time every week and save the rolled oats for when I’m too busy to cook and also for recipes. I reheat the groats with milk, cooked pear, raisins, cinnamon etc and sometimes add nuts - Nice sweet grain accompaniment to a meal. And if you have CD you can easily rinse them (if you prefer) before cooking. I do.

New Raw Oat Groat recipe
I soak oat groats overnight in spring water (1/2 cup for a serving) then rinse and pulse in vita mix with a little bit of spring water to oatmeal like consistancy. I add one teaspoon of organic cinnamon, a heaping quarter teaspoon of organic cardamon and chia gel - let sit to blend flavors a bit and enjoy! (Chia gel can be made by putting 2 tablespoons of organic chia seeds in a half a cup of water - will form a gel in about 10 minutes.)

Great Oat Groats!
