Soak 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats in 2 cups of buttermilk (or soy milk)
for 15 minutes
Add: 1 cup flour (gluten free all purpose from Nearly Normal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teas. salt
cinnamon to taste
1 egg (or 1 Tablespoon flax seed meal soaked in 1/4 cup warm water)
1 Tablespoon sugar or agave nectar
