Thank you so much for the information. I went and purchased a bag of your gluten free oats on Friday and had a bowl of oats this morning (Sunday). I just wanted to let you know that they were delicious and did not affect my digestion at all. I absolutely loved oatmeal and had oatmeal every morning before discovering I was gluten intolerant 9 years ago. It is so great to be able to have oats again! My husband and I are looking forward to all the new recipes we can discover now that I can have oats again. Thank you and thank everyone involved who aids in bringing us gluten free oats!

My husband has just come back from there with 5 packets of them and I am tucking into hearty bowls of porridge for breakfast--delicious!
