absolutely addictive!

I had a 40 oz bag of groats kicking around in the freezer for a while; I ordered them with rolled oats to try, as I'd never had groats before. (I like rolled oats so much I often eat the dry, out of the bag, so figured I'd like groats too).
I finally got around to checking how to cook 'em (my rice cooker works great on brown rice setting), & immediately got hooked on the great oat flavor combined with the hard-to-describe juicy crunchiness of the texture. I find myself eating them any time of the day, and craving them when I've been a couple days without a bowl.
*I am extremely, ridiculously sensitive to the tiniest gluten contamination, & have never had a problem with either rolled or groats from this company. This alone ensures my loyalty...the great taste is just more bonus*
